Design Notes
The Lambda attP site reverse orientation (P'OP) is placed between the biobrick prefix and suffix of pSB1C3 such that the order from 5' to 3' reads: biobrick prefix, P'OP, biobrick suffix.
This part can be used to build synthetic recombination systems utilizing other Lambda phage parts.

Lambda attP was pcr'd from the pAH125 CRIM plasmid, which is material originally from Haldimann and Wanner (2001) at Purdue University, and was subsequently cloned into the biobrick plasmid pSB1C3 via standard 3A assembly.
